If one wants to actually "hear" the Fantaisie-Impromptu, then one must listen to Felix' rendition. Unlike many others, he plays at a reasonnable tempo which enables him to give a great clarity to all the notes. Besides, his interpretation is rich in colors and musical meaning.....
