How do you make video's like dis?

For this video I acted it out in halo 3, watched the games in theatre mode and put it onto my computer with a video/sound RCA cable to usb adapter (such as the video input adapters made by the company "Dazzle") which I hooked up to my xbox's video/sound RCA cables and my computer, and recorded it in a program that can record video. You can edit videos in any video editing software. I used Sony Vegas, but anything will do. Sorry for taking so long to respond!
