Also at that point they start to form nerve endings, which creates the possibility to feel pain, though it's not confirmed. The unborn baby at zygote doesn't implant itself within its mother until about eight days after fertilization, so it was its own being before then. If being dependent on your mother means being a part of her, I suppose she has the right to terminate you for the 18 years you live with her.

Anyway, the combination of the 2 could very well, lead to a birth eventually. BUT it could also miscarry, which is very normal. An embryo isn't a person and you CAN'T "murder" a person who may or may not exist one day. Anything can go wrong up until birth, there's no guarantees.

The unborn baby at zygote doesn't implant itself within its mother until about eight days after fertilization, so it was its own being before then. If being dependent on your mother means being a part of her, I suppose she has the right to terminate you for the 18 years you live with her.

Anyway, the combination of the 2 could very well, lead to a birth eventually. BUT it could also miscarry, which is very normal. An embryo isn't a person and you CAN'T "murder" a person who may or may not exist one day. Anything can go wrong up until birth, there's no guarantees.

However, you're bat-shit if you believe it's a normal occurrence. 1.3 million abortions were performed in 2010. Of that, 66 are said to have "gone wrong," as in your story. Abortions that late, generally, aren't even legal. Annually, well over twice as many people are killed by falling coconuts than there are "abortion survivors."

If a foetus is human, no one has the right to take its life - that would be murder.
If you take a human to be a member of the genus homo sapiens, having 23 chromosomes etc. then a baby IS human. I am not religious at all, but I believe that nobody has any right to kill an innocent human being - it's just plain morality and common sense.

You have no right in stopping a woman from choosing an abortion. I see nothing immoral about a woman choosing to have an abortion. @CommanderCheckov It's safe to assume that everyone here is opposed to murder, it's naive to presume otherwise. The dispute, generally, is whether or not you consider an undeveloped fetus to be human. The fact that it's legal(within reason) leads me to believe that the majority of people don't consider it human. 88% of abortions are done the first trimester when the fetus is the size of a sesame seed. If that's human than an acorn is an oak tree and an egg is a chicken.
