I used to call it a Switch Varial Double Kickflip but it always caused problems as people would argue whether the Double should come before or after the word Varial.

Nightmare flip isn't a name I made up, it's used widely across Youtube so I changed the title one day and have kept it at this since.

A nightmare flip is a sideways impossible done from a heelside rail stand... In fact, Rodney Mullen discusses the trick on page 193 of his book "How to Skateboard and not Kill Yourself"

Keep your body weight as far back as possible. So lean back and towards your tail. this makes it easier to get power in your flick to make it spin twice. Then hope you land on it lol.
