Sam Kinison was a comic genius. His artistic approach reflected the current events of the time, if you're not old enough to understand you shouldn't respond or even watch these clips. Though contraversial his material was accurate. And though some subjects were thought as taboo almost 20 years ago seem to be even more so today. His ability to go where no one else would makes him a Comic Legend. Anyone else who says otherwise is ignorant and doesn't know comedy.

Sam Kinison was a comic genius. His artistic approach reflected the current events of the time, if you're not old enough to understand you shouldn't respond or even watch these clips. Though contraversial his material was accurate. And though some subjects were thought as taboo almost 20 years ago seem to be even more so today. His ability to go where no one else would makes him a Comic Legend. Anyone else who says otherwise is ignorant and doesn't know comedy.

Dude, it's not even close to 1988. Sam was quite a bit heavier and already hit it big by then. He was wearing bandanas at that time. This video is even before the beret. This is 1980 at the very latest. Before his days at The Comedy Store.

LOL. It's not even close to 88. Sam was 50 lbs heavier and playing rock concerts at that time. That clip is before he made it on Rodney's special in 1985.
