  • The video made me yell "WOLVERINES!". Don't know why. I'm scared, now.

  • why do people post videos of pics, BORING!!! Dislike

  • Looks nice. except for the piece of sharp blade pointing towards the hand. Don't know about you, but I'd surely mince up my hand pretty good on that.

  • Id be interested in one also. What is the blade material? Do you heat treat it yourself? What is the overall length, sheath material, and price? Send me a pm with the info please. Thanks

  • i hope i cut your head with that -__-

  • @KINGOFDARKNESS48 Sounds like you play too many video games.

  • @envirosponsible yep :V

  • @envirosponsible LMAO! King of HotPockets and acne. Sounds like he should be playing World of Warcraft or something?

  • need to chop wood? its called a hatchet or an axe. in the northern states a machete is fairly useless.

  • @drakken221 Who called it a machete?

  • @drakken221 yes cause god knows i wouldnt want a machete to help me make my own natural blind, or a shelter, or to clear small branches from in front of a tree stand, or for any other purpose that i can come up with

  • @drakken221 You are f-ing stupid.

  • @drakken221 You are f-ing stupid.

  • @drakken221

Tell that to Jeff Randall, who's said repeatedly that he'd take a machete over even his own company's Junglas. Or other people who chop wood successfully with a machete. If you can't chop wood with a machete, it just means you need to practice. There's a learning curve with them, just like there's a learning curve with hatchets and axes.

  • Dude itz called a machete not a survival tool

  • @Crazedblades46 I made it and I'll call it whatever I want.

  • @envirosponsible oh sry i didnt know u made it

  • Cock

  • i got to play with it last year. very destructive but i found the handle a bit smooth. maybe recycled rubber (old tires?) scales on ver. 2? still a very wicked toy.

  • I just made a small wolverine from 3/16 plate steel with TREX decking material handle. Great design. Will be posting a short vid to show that it took about 3 hrs to make.

  • @jaydog4571 Hope to see it soon.

  • i am not a moron i make this stuff for a living if you keep it simple notting can go wrong and thats not a survival tool it just looks like over compensation for something i wonder what

  • @normannighthastings No, I think he was right. You sound like a moron. After watching your videos you also sound like a maniac. Blocked.

  • good concept but the idea behind it is crap its a machete trying to be an axe you never need both in a situation.oh "i need to go kill someone stealthely but i might chop some wood while iam there that will save time"...yeah like that will ever happen......if you have to do that bring both tools are only designd to do what they are mant to do ok.now get a life or at least a better idea whats next a tactical spoon

  • It looks like a kukri. Will it have to draw blood when it's unsheathed?

  • sell it to cold steel

  • WHERE CAN I FUCKING GET ONE? Could I but one off you online? Do you ship to Australia?

  • Awesome but looking at it you should do something right above the handle because it doesnt look right a kukri grimping or something just an idea?

  • I want a medium sized Wolverine!!! Send me an email & tell me how to get one from you!!!

  • That thing is off the chain my friend. Were did you pick that up at?

  • needs to be bigger. :P

  • the tracker was huge and unwieldy as it was, and you made it bigger and more unwieldy?

  • I personally love the lack of index finger protection so that you can potentially cut it off on a live blade!!!! Simply awesome design.... Hope you like lawsuits!

  • @MorteWulfe so if you cut of your finger you with a knife that did not have a finger guard on it when you bought it to begin with (so you knew what you were getting) you sue the maker/retailer for your own bad use of a tool? this is why most of the world hates Americans.(i don't hate them but in general i don't think their verry bright. with exceptions ofc)

  • @CannabisDelux Oh and I am sure the country you are from is just chock full of geniuses...

  • @MorteWulfe well if we want to sue some one for something so idiotic the judge will laugh an tell you not to waste his time. so im not sure we are chock full of geniuses but at least we got some common sence.

  • @CannabisDelux hes right it needs a forward brass finger gaurd. You need to take the handle off, cut a half inch off that blade by the finger and push a gaurd on. Than add a handle or incorporate a gaurd into the wood handle.

  • nice i like it

  • Can't believe I forgot to subscribe to your channel the first time I came across it. I really like this project. Lucky me. Found it again.

If it's not too late, I had a thought about maybe a one inch section on the spine flat, near the spade end to allow for striking with a baton.

The more I see of it the sexier it gets.

You're on your way to earning your "The Man" badge. It looks like a tool that will work its BUTT off.

  • Can it spread butter on bread ?

  • @mwillblade It does wonders on watermelon!

  • @envirosponsible so does Gallagher, but I ain't buying tickets for that.

  • @mwillblade LOL

  • @mwillblade

It can spread your head on bread.

  • That's badass! I want one!

  • It's just another machete. What makes this one special?

  • Thing looks like it weighs a good amount, i guess it supposed to function like an axe, but it better have a toaster on that thing too with that thick ass bladd.

  • Get these designs patented STAT! Then you can pitch 'em to your favorite knife company so that we can all share in your wonderful accomplishment!

  • U sure it can handle a Himalayan Imports?

  • A little like Kukri the weapon of the Gurka.

  • hows is the balance on it ?

  • the handle sucks... sorry :)

  • i love the design. been looking for a good machete. ones i seen are to short or flimsy. where can i get one of these

  • Magnets? SOLD!

  • Yea, so. Where can I get one?

  • like how you shoved up those chinks asses who got away with propaganda under the red dawn pretense, good job

  • to ruska maczeta chyba jest

  • AWESOME DEFINATLEY LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUR SELLING IT I WANT ONE OR MAYBE MORE :D

  • So is this a one off or are you putting this piece into production?

  • I think the best survival tool is your brain.

  • How long is the smallest size?

  • ~BY THE POWER OF GREYSKULL~

  • So what happened to the hammering and sawing capabilities?

  • @15AlekH I'm making three sizes. This one is the largest.

  • I want one!

  • Looks like a combination of spade, bolo and ax.

  • im waiting for Gerber to sell your tool

  • 0:09 the handles change on the blade

  • @avhousebitch he's just holding it lower on the handle.

  • u looked like a barbarian haha

  • YOU SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE CHISEL END OF THE RUSSIAN MACHETE , IT WOULD OF HAD ALOT MORE FUNCTIONS ( DIGGING, PRYING, SCRAPING FAT OFF ANIMAL SKINS FOR TANNING AND SO ON) THAN THE DROP POINT THAT YOU HAVE ON UR DESIGN, IN MY OPINION DROP POINT KNIFES LOOK AWESOME BUT THE END POINT'S PURPOSE IS FOR STABBING AND YOUR MACHETE IS FAR TOO BIG AND HEAVY FOR STABBING PURPOSES, AND THE FRONT BELLY'S CURVE CUTTING EDGE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, OTHER THAN THAT WHERE CAN I GET ONE ?

  • @mrfurball lol did you find the caps lock button?

  • @killerdonkeyonfire YES I DID FIND THE caps lock BUTTON MISTER KILLER DONKEY ON FIRE, THANK YOU FOR POINTING THAT OUT. BUT THEN AGAIN MY COMMENT DID GET YOUR ATTENTION AND EVEN URGED YOU TO REPLY TO IT JUST FOR THE LITTLE FACT THAT IT WAS ALL IN UPPER CASE. THAT'S A WAY AWESOME MACHETE BY THE WAY DON'T YOU AGREE? AND DON'T CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL CAUSE IT SUCKS SO BAD WITH ALL MY HORRIBLE VIDEOS, OTHER THAN THAT YOUR WAY COOL IN MY BOOK FOR TAKING THE TIME TO REPLY TO ME.THANKS DUDE

  • i thought you had decided to go with a straight edge for ease of sharpening?

  • I want one now!!

  • & it Flips Pancakes ;-)

  • YOU MADE IT!!!!! OK SO WHEN CAN I BUY ONE OF EACH!!! ALSO I THOUGHT THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SAW BACK

  • @YmThaMagnificent that just looks like the blade blank, still gotta work an edge onto it and the saw teeth could come later. though i could be looking at it wrong.

  • Awesome!

  • ah, this is that spetsnaz based design you mentioned in an earlier video?

  • One point I realized immediately from that pic is that I miss a hand guard on that tool.

Otherwise the design is innovative and makes sense to me. I have a similar shaped knife, it's much smaller, though.

  • WHERE CAN I GET ONE?

  • finaly got around to doing that :P

  • looks pretty dope man!

  • I just remember what that Survival tool is looking like the Sparta, Greek 300 sword

you stated to put a nail hole puller I would also put a oxygen tank key hole put into the blade if you ...

  • thats beast

  • There wasnt an edge on that beast yet was there? Didnt look like it...cant wait to see the specs, and price.

  • Very well done. Impressive design and construction.

  • Now you just need to inscribe "Tactical" on it and charge $300. Looking forward to the tests on it.

  • great! i was waiting for this since your`"preview", hope your happy with the performance, my ideas and prototypes didnt turn out so useful...

  • Really nice knife! I would suggest taking a look at the sheath for the KaBar cutlass machete for inspiration to your own sheath, if you havent already decided on a sheath. Again, really nice knife, and i enjoy your videos very much!

  • Machete meets axe meets shovel. Mmmm looks fun.

  • You should edit in a clip of Red Dawn... "Wolverinesssssss!.

  • Looks good. I look forward to the testing.

    Nate

  • I see you have some ideas from the spetsnaz tool and have the wieghted front idea, similar to a kukri. It also looks to have a good point, useful for drilling. All in all it looks to be a great design. Note, it may need a bigger handle, but only time and use will tell if a bigger handle is needed.

  • Looks like it has potential, but I would make some additions/changes to the base design

  • yes looks very interesting...

  • interesting design. I want to see it's performance.

  • thats actually a really nice knife
