I met her 20 years ago. I was a big, strong brown belt and when i got thrown the building shook. I saw Fukuda Sensei and Kimura Sensei doing forms and when he threw her, there was no sound. She barely hit the ground and was back to her feet without a wrinkle to her Gi. Beautiful, truly masterful judo.
God Bless her, Fukuda Sensei has done so much for Judo and I hope she lives happily as many here on the East Coast appreciate her contribution to the art of Judo.
