Aeris Is Her Name In FF7 And The Japanese Script. It's Aerith In All The English Crap, Though.

It's actually Aerith regardless. In the Japanese language, there is no "th" sound or character. Thus, when they want that sound, they use "s" instead. It is meant to be Aerith, which is why it was changed in later translations of FFVII games.
