the world is a dangerous place, terror will always exist. it's easier to be like france, china, or any of those countries that just don't give a damn about others suffering. but not america, we care we take actions even if it hurts we shape the world for the bigger picture, freedom that people in most opress countries can only dream about. selfish people are cowards and limited. but america is not like that, thats why we are the most hated in the world!
What about all the innocent people, men, women, and children who are not soldiers in Iraq, but are still caught up, and killed, in this war? The civilian casualty count is currently 65,000 reported (that means it's probably at least double that). That makes those American troop casualties seem like nothing. I know personally of a childrens' wing in a hospital hit by an American bomb (obviously unintentionally) in our initial invasion. This war has to stop.
You say America has it right by bringing freedom to oppressed countries and other countries have it wrong by doing nothing. I say that America has it wrong by bringing additional violence into an already ravished area, bringing our notions of freedom into a country that don't want them, and sending troops to do it that don't want to go. The other countries, don't worsen the already shitty situation.

well, we had the intent, not all stories are a success story. but, at least we tried! In the real world there's no such thing as only peace can bring peace. I even thought that Iraq was so corrupt that only dictatorship, torture, and fear are their only solution! Our attempt of democracy there was not possible
