-]. yeah but logic's layout is completly messed, I know how to use logic, but for me, FL studio clearly 100% is more easier than Logic so the people who are hiring should thinking about the music, "NOT" what program they, the music is music, like said already what would you want for a game: good music? or music from only one program, who from some people aint at their best .[-

TEMPHUiBIS music doesnt matter what you use! i own Reason, Fl 9, Cubase 4, Acid Pro. i like you was brought up on Music 3000, so i lend towards fl studio! but anyone & everyone can like what they want! so you saying Logics! is messy! is adding flames to the fire! well temp, listen. You can make music how you want on ANY music maker! what i think you should try to understand! cubase & logic ARE more complex because of certain features - but even cubase is called "kiddy" to higher producer kits! its on going. so you should like you said find whats suites you best! but when someone asks you "What do use to make your music!" say i use everything! if they say what is your maker! say i host "FL" a host like FL can uses reason, cubase! anything.

lol - good rant! Yeah, Prodigy went to Reason for the last two albums. Almost everything was done inside of Reason apart from vocals and mastering I guess.

he's got a point guys. it's not the matter of how good a program is to make music or a video game. it's the matter of how good we create a good quality ourselves (wether if it's music or games). Wii graphics isn't as powerful as PS3/360. that does not mean it's a bad console or has bad games (as many fanboys believe)... well, you know what i mean. =-p

People always talk bullshit about what program is better than another. Ultimately, they all do the same thing, and ultimately it comes down to who's using the program and what they're comfortable with. There are extremely talented producers who use FL Studio, and equally there are talented producers who use other DAWs, so in the end it just comes down to the individual and what you prefer using.

So true ... that´s the kind of people who want to put you on a semi-professional level, need to showoff what they got and what they use (what their kind wants to say for real is: I am more professional than you). And the consent is: It´s not what you use - it´s what you make of it. And often less is more.

I use FL-Studio and Reaper. But for sequencing, good old hardware sequencers are the coolest devices ;-)

I know some of the biggest grime producers who use fruity, I think Fruity is just the same as Logic or Reason etc.

I only use Garageband which is just as good also.

I totally agree. I have been using fruity for about 7 or 8 years. It has always had a bad wrap from people who are basically snobs. Everyone used to tell me to use cubase or logic but Fruity has the best layout, the best plugins and its a hell of a lot cheaper!

Also what you said about the Chip music... totally true. There is a band in Japan (CMKY i tihnk but not sure) they are awesome and just use those programs!

Being Professional, like you say, is producing the best you can. nice vid!

It comes down to the creativity of the Producer. It doesn't matter what program you use. Majority of the people that make the comments that those people made to you .. Can't make good music.
