the biggie smalls he is referring too was one of his homeboys part of an old crew of his. And he doesn't say 'now biggie died' he says 'now diggy-die' which was a slang phrase in the early 90's. He felt as if the media had crucified him after he allegedly raped the woman and went to jail for it (hence the makaveli album cover. the 7 day theory in his final makaveli album was called that because he recorded the whole album in 7 days. (3 for the vocals, the other 4 for production).

Ok i studied tupac ALOT and in alot of his lyrics about 'coming back' and about him 'dieing' was about him going to jail and the public crucifying him. the dieing part was because he was suppose to die when he got shot and robbed in 94'. But since he didn't die then he just became very paranoid and knew he had a black cloud over his head so he would commonly talk about his death throughout his records. When he says R.I.P to biggie smalls he is talking about a different biggie smalls
