Hey Tiffany! After getting half way over my intense muscle ache from my first workout I startet my second today. I love the tipps you give during the workout according to breathing and isolation. That's so helpful! But I still have big problems with the isolation. Especially at this workout when it comes to making tiny circles. I try to keep the rest of the body still, but I'm moving as a whole. Will this get easier with with time?
P.S.: I also managed to motivate my mother for your workout! :)

@dezmananderson1 fitness is a lifetime goal, instead of worrying about how long, think of how strong you will make your body, your heart, your organs and your mind each time you workout.
@TiffanyRotheWorkouts that's if you have breakfast lunch and dinner but as it's called 3-hour-diet you have to eat every 3 hour so you have one snack between each meal.

Hi Tiffany, I'm 16 and am naturally skinny; I'm 5'8 and weigh 105 lbs. I got into fitness about four months ago when I learned that I was actually "skinny fat". I run two miles every day and swim twice a week, as well as alternate doing weights after my runs. I build muscle SUPER easy, but no matter what exercises I do, I cannot isolate my butt muscles!! All the challenge ends up going to my thighs, and as my thighs bulk up, my butt ends up looking even flatter!! How can I focus on JUST my butt?

@QueenSweetnessB : Use raw unrefined shea butter. There r tutorials here on Youtube to make your own whipped concoctions. Whipping it makes it creamy. As a butter, it has a tendency to sit on top of the skin instead of absorbing into it. Over time your marks will be less visible.
@QueenSweetnessB Almost every woman has stretchmarks somewhere so don't worry too much, they do fade over time. If they are new put cocoa butter and shea butter on them, both are great for the skin.
I just tried this particular out the first time today after doing your "10min Booty shaking Waist Workout" and "New Sexy Summer Workout Bodylicious". @QueenSweetnessB : Use raw unrefined shea butter. There r tutorials here on Youtube to make your own whipped concoctions. Whipping it makes it creamy. As a butter, it has a tendency to sit on top of the skin instead of absorbing into it. Over time your marks will be less visible.

@QueenSweetnessB Almost every woman has stretchmarks somewhere so don't worry too much, they do fade over time. If they are new put cocoa butter and shea butter on them, both are great for the skin.

If it really bothers you, you an get dermabrasion but they fade over time, and its best to just let them be. Its like your own unique body map! :)

I just tried this particular out the first time today after doing your "10min Booty shaking Waist Workout" and "New Sexy Summer Workout Bodylicious". YES!!!!!!!! you will lose weight, does it matter how long it takes? Fitness is for life. Focus on giving 100% in your workouts and eating healthy and one day you will look and feel like the athlete you are!
