This is a baritone guitar...Its tuned half an octave higher than a usual bass guitar...Also tuned half an octave lower than a normal six string guitar...Look at the web site of Danelectro guitars...U ll see some hot examples of that...
i thought that was a guitar...the tone sounded too high to me....not enough low end and to much squeak to be a bass...none the less...very well done....
