I plan on going into the restaurant business and this looks like just what I would need for my restaurant just maybe slightly bigger with a larger Brinkman that does the direct heat or charcoal bar-b-que then the smoker for the ribs and whole hog or beef sides.
Very nice. Electric smoker ovens are good in their place and help amateurs to produce smoked meat consistently but the wood fired grills are still what serious BBQ is about.
check our new one "Smokesaurus Rex" on youtube. This is the way you want to go. Bigger fire box, and drawer style pull out racks so you lose less smoke.
I am building the same size grill and I need wisdom from a "professional builder" as yourself. What size is the firebox and how big of a cut out did you make for your doors in the actual smoker part?

Update...actually, it looks alot better now. We added duel axles with independant suspension, more storage area, bigger tires and nicer rims, and a bell that hovers above the chimney keeping the rain out, and you can ring it to make all of the fatties come a'running.
@liquidturion thank you very much. Actually, I use the smaller Brinkman in the front for burgers, steaks, seafood, etc. I can go direct heat or offset with that.

Amazing job! It seems like $3000 would be a great deal for this large mobile BBQ grill!
