The NRA ad is true and so called "Factcheck" of it is playing word games just like they did with the Illegal drivers license issue.

Fact Obama voted to make people like Mr Demar a criminal when he defended himself from a criminal that broke into his home. He voted to BAN HANDGUNS. To keep people like Mr Demar from being able to defend themselves with a gun from intruders that mean you harm.

This so called "Factcheck" is a LIE and Obama told Blitzer in the Primary debate YES on drivers licenses for illegals for saftey reasons and it took blitzer asking him the question 3 times before he finally answered YES he is for giving illegals drivers licenses.

First, calm down. Remember, issuing drivers licenses is the role of the state government not the federal so even if Obama had some plan he couldn't do much to enact it aside from restricting highway funding and given the role infrastructure maitenance will play in his economic plan that's doubtful.

Obama's answer about his being a pointless wedge issues is correct. Given the state of our country don't we have more important things to address?

First off please don't tell me to calm down when this outfit claims to be nonpartisan and a fact finding organization when they are bold face lying to the public.

Secondly highway funds have been used against many states so the Federal Government can get their way on state issues and to think that Obama would not do the same is naive and a good way for him to get out of his over budget infrastructure and social program plans.

I think the problem with your thinking is it borders on being conspiratorial in nature. Obama gives a muddled answer to a question he doesn't seem to care a lot about and you assume that he's going to use federal funding to force something that obviously isn't one of his top priorities.

What Factcheck is pointing out is that diver licenses for non-citizens is not in his official policy positions, which you should be going on anyway. He's not the boogieman. This is not a conspiracy.

Look it, there is good reason in understanding a candidates positions as they state them, its because if you think that they are lying just to get into office to enact some mysterious agenda that plays on your worst fears that gives them a free hand to do just that. That makes him a socialist.

Obama voted 4x's to ban handguns in Illinois.

That makes him a gun banner.

Obama voted in Illinois to allow children born after a failed abortion attempts to die and supports Margaret Sanger's racist legacy organization called Planned Parenthood. He says he wouldn't want his daughters punished with a child due to their mistakes.

That makes him a baby killer supporter.

We must also look at Obama's history when we listen to his rhetoric. His actions are more important than his words.

He says we should be our brother and sisters keepers but his brother lives in a slum in Kenya while the Senator lives it up in a million $ + house.
