@sharingangal Oh and I find not eating major things after 10pm to be helpful too. That way, your body can relax after digestion, and if you feel really hungry drink lots of liquids. sort of time the body and try to listen to music in bed to drift off. =]
I also find that putting a few drops of lavender essential oil on a tissue and putting that inside my pillow case helps me sleep. I did that last night because I have an exam today =[ But I slept great!
@ErrienderRavenheart I used to do that too! Or lavender and water in a spray bottle to create a sleep mist for the pillow. My exam is tomorrow... Good luck!!!

@MysticWitch96 hops are used for their quality in aiding sleep. Picking hops was one of the worst jobs to have due to the pollen and chemicals within hops, and it would send the workers to sleep within minutes. That's why beer gives you that drowsy effect, it helps your body to wind down. =]
