Are you sure you didn't collect that one already? Try looking at the minikit guides and see if they have a minikit that you have not collected yet.

Turn on the minikit detector, if you don't see the white arrow over that kit, that's NOT the one you need to find. It looks like you already have that one because it gave you the blue stud when you destroyed it.

When I played through that level, the one I missed was during the grievous fight where you have to destroy the shields of the Droidekas and Force throw them at Grievous five times.
