I hike this park regularly, I rarely go into the area of the abandoned buildings, very depressing and outright dangerous to approach the area of these homes. People don't realize that this park is not patrolled at all.... A team of dedicated mountain bikers and a few hikers maintain the trails. Feel free to check my videos shot in the park.

That's the Villa Madonna. It's being made into a school this very moment. (And I should know, I've been there. I recognize that restroom.) Dang, it must've taken em' a long time to scrub that off.

I hate to say, but this isn't being made into anything. These were homes that were built and abandoned in the 1980's, near the Stephen State Park and hiking trails.

There are no plans around them currently, for either demolition or refurbishing. Also, these places are in such disrepair, it would be necessary to knock them down. Their structure isn't too solid anymore.

Seriously, I've never seen so much graffiti in one place! It looks like a school trip visited it... or, considering the intelectual value of the graffiti... a kindergarten trip;] I had doubts when I noticed that you putted a Nirvana song into an abandoned house exploration video, but after watching it I must admit that it fits like a glove:)
