  • Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it

  • "Difficulty" is all relative. these exercises are great, but if you are not in shape already, they will be difficult and can cause injury if not done properly. I wish they would have put the emphasis on breathing, and had the sound for that. You don't see her breathing through the exercises, her mouth is closed for each exercise...pretty weird. Breathing is one of the critical components to each of those exercises!

  • learn yoga if you want to look good especially women. I do yoga and I'm a guy and it's better than weightlifting as far as building muscle goes

  • it is effective. Do at least some of them from 3-5 times a week, and it has pretty good results. :)
