There are possibilities of drug-drug interaction. It doesn't happen to everyone...

The combination of aspirin and another NSAIDS certainly increases chance of GI bleeding...

I'm on Paroxetine and my doctor said you can take Panadol and Nurofen.

@fordhp1 I took ibuprofen/Nurofen+paroxentine=­> all day nausea Panadol+ paroxentine=> same

And its saying on the side effects that any pain killer would do the same
