HI Rob ,great vids+info, hav'nt as much engine tec knowledge as u,but been getting great mpg increase on a 95 Ford transit 2.5 diesel 18ft rv with half a lpm.Tried same system on my 2.5 td mazda van, got no increase on mpg for about 9mths of tinkerin, finally added a venturi inside rubber boot about 120mm frm turbo same design as zero fossil's on utube now gettin 23% incease finnally!all the best Colin aka( flyindoctorcee) on youtube
Happy New Year to you to. So how is your Diesel project coming along? I'm personally thinking of installing a unit in my big rig, just need to find time, keep the vids. coming, and God Bless. peace out
Before the turbo unless you have a way to overcome positive manifold pressure. I am building a hydroxy injector from a vacuum pump so i can inject after intercooler. i will let you know if it works. right now i sit at 30 lbs boost.
Hi. Someone invented a way to get more power using less and cheep grade diesel, by fitting spark plugs, he called it a low powered system, I don't know anymore than that , I wondered if you know anything about this.
I guess I dont. I have used a plasma type ignition to burn diesel in a high comp gas engine but stopped. It was a tuning nightmare. Diesel has like 10% more btu than gasoline but disels are 3,4or 5 times more efficient some times. think otr truck. 80k gvw 5-8 mpg now gas 7 liter gets same 6-10 with 10k gvw. the fuel is 10% more potent but the diesel translates the combustion event into way more mechanical energy. my 12 valve sees egt in the 950 deg area and my suburban hits 1500....
... its all how the engine is designed around the fuel. diesel has more btu content but has lower egts with better mpg. see the connection? its all about application. I will see if i can find what you are talking about with the spark diesel thing. thanks for the comment
hi from england .someone told me that the rotary engine is the best as hydrogen can iugnite on the hot tips of valves once internal temp of engine is running and that the wankle engine was built to use hydrogen.(no valves) seems to add up have you looked at the bourke hydrogen engine.will intrigue you.its on you tube (very rear video just come on.) skycollection you tuber may also be worth a look .
great work! and happy new year to you!! I was wanting to do some tests with a rotary motor. I don't remember much from my automotive schooling. that was 11 years ago and now i just build and test fuel systems for cat. but that may sound cool.... it is not. but i do remember that my teacher said that rotary motors were more efficient than conventional motors. what do you think? your mechanic knowledge is some of the best i have seen on YouTube.
The rotary design is effecient. However in order for them to move a vehicle they were basically ruined. any rotary engine available today is a gas pig. My old rx7 was a 13b turbo (1.3l) and only got 18 hwy. It was fun though. Worth trying but lack the torque to be efficient for automotive. would make an interesting generator motor. hmmmm think i might try that. thanks for the comment
4:56 gears = bad mpg :) looking for 3:50 set now. vids on the way. Installing pyrometer tomm. been very easy on it so far. So serious testing starts this week. Also hope for the emissions test on burban this week. happy new year bro
ya 4.56 and big tires will do that, mine was bone stock and stock tires. look forward to move, ot sick this week, so I haven't done jack, but will be soon.
Keep up the good work man ..Hopefully this year we'll crack the hho nut on the vehicles..Me and couple other guys have plans(well if everything goes according to plan)to do 40-70 lpm on a modified 4 cyl car.hopefully will get it done by july..as long as money and time are not hindered...
Good luck on that project. As soon as I got over 10 lpm timing becomes an issue. I have ran as much as 30 lpm. ( very high dollar charging system) Over 12-14 lpm it seems to be a peak. So far my gains stop at 12 lpm. Still rewriting the fuel map though.
Well I hope it all goes well. I am confident about cleaning up emissions but have my concerns on any mileage gains without hitting it with alot of hydroxy. I will be able to trow about 25 lpm max at it. later i will start another channel that will go into diesel tuning and diy water methanol injection. There is almost no info on hydroxy and oilburners. mars1952 is credible but is the only real tests i have seen to date.
hello i got a 1992 dodge diesel i got a fuel pin in the truck but i want more hp how do i turn the thing up can ya help me out tks

Do you know how to get further gains on diesel trucks that drive no faster than 15mph daily all day long?
gerriburn 3 years ago
I am going to put my dry cell on a turbo diesel also. Where are you injecting your hho, before or after the turbo?

I´ll be looking for that experiment. Thanks.

would that sacrifice electricity need to produce hydrogne in the first place?

apex seals, too much maintance, eff for size, but not so much for fuel.
