It's edited, the brightness is different from the other windows, and the bushes/trees are frozen, and it isn't the dress as the dress is striped for one.

It's not superimposed! It moves with the girls movements. It's a reflaction of her back which just happens to look like a face. Move the cursor between 5 and 8 seconds back and forth and it's obvious! :)

@smeltzerinho1980 It literally COULD NOT be more obvious that the reflection is caused by the girls dress when you skip between 5 and 8 seconds. Fair enough, it looks loads like a face but the other day I saw a cloud that looked like a dog and do you know what? It wasn't an actual dog, it was a cloud. Those are small window panes in a REALLY old manor house, they will not be perfectly flat and won't reflect a perfect mirror image. I learnt that from the research you just sent me to do. Thanks.
