It is actual stock footage which was believed to be the Titanic but after doing some research it may actually be Titanic's sister ship the 'Lucitania'.

I assume you mean the Olympic. The Cunard ships Lusitania and her sister ship Mauretania were both smaller and faster than Olympic class White Star vessels Titanic, Olympic, and Britannic. It's more or less impossible to tell with black and white footage, but Cunard vessels had back and red funnels while White Star ships had white and black funnels, which otherwise is a good way to tell them apart; the "-ia" and "ic" name endings were also distinctive of each company's ships.
