  • @sundogforlove - by leaving the rebar twisted and tied into the brace wire, you are able to hold the tension that was on the brace wire from twisting it. Plus once you get the brace wire twisted tight, it is hard to get the rebar out without un-twisting. Since this video, the brace wires & anchors were removed and a horizontal top rail pipe, like on a chain link fence, was installed between the post, near the top, thus keeping the post from leaning to the center under the weight of the kiwi.

  • I love the video. Knowone seems to do videos on how to plan, plant, prune and choose kiwi plants. However, that is not a carriage bolt. It is a hex head bolt. Still a good video. How much are those auger anchors and why did you save the rebar on the twisted wire?
