@everyoneSalegend well considering that Arch and the other pilot got 2 seconds of penalty, to "kick ass" as you say he should've got more than 2 seconds of advantage, but he decided for a nice smooth and penalty free run.

I've always wondered why the smoke makes a hump right before they pull up hard...like at 3:36

thats because the elevator. Just before the plane climbs, they pull hard on the elevator and the air (and smoke) passing it is diverted up.
