Needed not just in developing countries.

Almost anywhere; in rural settings, snowy city sidewalks, etc.

Here in Canada I started a volunteer program to teach basic computer skills to the disabled and elderly. I know their needs well.

Something like this chair would be of use here for those who can't afford (and can't get funding for) an electric wheelchair.
