Great theme. I really wish more people would like this one. As a hardcore F13 fan, I love JGTH and is probably my favorite one after Part 2. The uncut version is awesome, Jason's look is more badass than ever and there is finally some storyline and characters for a change. I mean I love the first 8 movies with all the 80s atmosphere and funny idiots being slashed by Jason and his mom/copycat, but this one is trying to end the series with some explanation and it deserves more respect.

I don't really think this movie was terrible, it was different from the rest of the series and it was kind of dissapointing that Jason bearly appears in his normal form. But I try to treat this movie like Super Mario Bros. 2, the concept is pretty different but it did scare me more than the other movies did. The thought of this guy being a demon and he's going around possesing people is freaky, but you don't change something up that drastically.

Jason X (the appropriately titled 10th entry in the series) is the second-to-last entry in the original series, with Freddy vs. Jason being the last.

Jason Goes to Hell is the 9th film of the series. Honestly though, even by Friday the 13th standards, this one doesn't make a whole lot of sense continuity-wise. I think it could be argued that this movie is in its own universe altogether.
