@MrTikkari1991 yeah thats actually the bad thing bout the z5500 system or any other logitech system. turning stereo into 5.1 is a no go among Sound experts, it disorts the body of sound.
@johnguitarist1 Dude the actual output that goes to your speakers is 2.1 All your speakers are doing is simply putting the front 2 and copying them to the back 2 and making a short delay to make them sound as if its surround sound.
@PkKingX11 You sure about that? If you upload a 720p or above, I actually think the sound is 5.1. Since when I had my 5.1 connected, I could find songs here on Youtube which had 5.1
@Spixe Once again, what you hear is being copied from your first two channels to your back 2 unless you have a decoder. The actual sound you get from ANY YouTube video is 2 channel stereo or 1 channel mono. Web videos don't tent to have surround sound because it takes too much space.
