Native Americans believe that Caylee will come back as a hawk and be a protector of someone. That's a belief for some of the Native American tribes. I don't think you should insult their beliefs no matter whether you think Casey is innocent or guilty.

Patty, I thought this was another of the hundreds of news videos I have watched. The message overwhelmed me and tears streamed down my face. My husband is Native American. I have been exposed to this deeply spiritual culture for many years. It seems Caylee spent her short life in the middle of chaos and chatter. The Native American culture has profound meaning expressed many times with little or no words at all. Exodus 14:14 "The LORD will fight for you; you only need to be still".

@elaine31347 Plus Cindy is in health care. That's not really something it's okay to "fudge" hours on. If someone died unexpectedly on what was supposed to be her watch, guess who gets blamed? CIndy, the time cards would back her up.
Conversely, if Cindy had some sort of accident back at home, say Casey had pushed her down the stairs or something, and Cindy's time card reflected the fact that she was at work, Cindy could file a worker's comp claim.

They proved that Cindy could not have possibly made those searches because she was in fact at work when those google searches were being made. The State is my opinion has done a tremendous job because they actually do have evidence as opposed to the defense who cant prove anything that Casey is claiming.

i think that you have no business dubbing a child into a video that is not your child or part of your family. it's very sad that this little girl is no longer with us but the fact of the matter is there is very little evidence to prove that the mother killed her child. to suggest that this child needs justice against her mother without the appropriate evidence is in appropriate. our justice system claims we are innocent until proven guilty infact it's quit the opposite.

i just now read in a newspaper of this video for i only had the picture of this. the very first sign of the hawk that day was truly caylee speaking to her "jo Jo", telling him that she will always be with him. God bless linda and jeff and thank you for the outstanding representation you gave to the beautiful state of florida on caylee marie anthony's fight for justice. may God bring this to a close for the family and let their healing begin. it has affected me.

Victims of child abuse should be outraged that Casey used that claim to justify her lack of giving a damn that Caylee died. If it was an accident, she would not have been able to party and get a tatto about how beautiful life is. Most victims of abuse don't turn off love like that to their children. When they do, there is a clear history of them abusing their own, and you're right, there's no history of that.

The D.A.'s office by no way is profiting off of this case. They are paid by the State of Florida. If they wanted to make a substantial profit they would go into private practice. Why do you think Mr. Ashton has a Masters Degree in Chemistry....so he is able to convict by the way of DNA and other means of proof through the use of his knowledge in Chemistry. They have a passion for what they do.....seek justice, not fame, or money.

I'm not sure how righteous seeking the death penalty for someone is, considering the Lord said 'Vengeance is mine.' As far as determining whether or not she is guilty, that is righteous. Perhaps someone can shed some light on how the Bible would address the death penalty, preferably in the New Testament if there is such a passage?

@prplfusion - I am unsure where the hostility is coming from based on my comment regadring what a Hawk symbolizes in Native American culture...when HJP mentioned that the Hawk was there - this was during Lee's testimony..while the prosecution was trying to determine Lee's honesty about his parents enthusiam about the Casey's pregnancy...as we know there is much unknown about her pregnancy...for the record - I beleivve Casey is guilty and the Cindy has committed perjury on the stand.

Patty, I thought this was another of the hundreds of news videos I have watched. The message overwhelmed me and tears streamed down my face. My husband is Native American. I have been exposed to this deeply spiritual culture for many years. It seems Caylee spent her short life in the middle of chaos and chatter. The Native American culture has profound meaning expressed many times with little or no words at all. Exodus 14:14 "The LORD will fight for you; you only need to be still".

If the supervisor uses her computer, SHE logs in with HER password. @elaine31347 Plus Cindy is in health care. That's not really something it's okay to "fudge" hours on. If someone died unexpectedly on what was supposed to be her watch, guess who gets blamed? CIndy, the time cards would back her up.
Conversely, if Cindy had some sort of accident back at home, say Casey had pushed her down the stairs or something, and Cindy's time card reflected the fact that she was at work, Cindy could file a worker's comp claim.

They proved that Cindy could not have possibly made those searches because she was in fact at work when those google searches were being made. The State is my opinion has done a tremendous job because they actually do have evidence as opposed to the defense who cant prove anything that Casey is claiming.

The defense failed to PROVE anything and they ended up resting only on Casey's word that Caylee drowned in the pool and went partying after her child's death because she was molested all her life. Wait, the jury didn't even get to hear the words from Casey's own mouth... because the defense apparently still had the presence of mind to keep their lying client off the stand.
And the state wasn't the one who looked like fools.

No evidence of accidental drowning, no evidence of sexual abuse and certainly no evidence that Roy Kronk kept the remains for months and then staged the scene and called the police. i just now read in a newspaper of this video for i only had the picture of this. the very first sign of the hawk that day was truly caylee speaking to her "jo Jo", telling him that she will always be with him. Victims of child abuse should be outraged that Casey used that claim to justify her lack of giving a damn that Caylee died. If it was an accident, she would not have been able to party and get a tatto about how beautiful life is. Most victims of abuse don't turn off love like that to their children. Why do you think Mr. Ashton has a Masters Degree in Chemistry....so he is able to convict by the way of DNA and other means of proof through the use of his knowledge in Chemistry. @prplfusion - I am unsure where the hostility is coming from based on my comment regadring what a Hawk symbolizes in Native American culture...when HJP mentioned that the Hawk was there - this was during Lee's testimony..while the prosecution was trying to determine Lee's honesty about his parents enthusiam about the Casey's pregnancy...as we know there is much unknown about her pregnancy...for the record - I beleivve Casey is guilty and the Cindy has committed perjury on the stand.

In the midst of selfish people trying to save their own skins and trying to slip through the cracks and evading responsibility and accountability, it is atleast good to know Jeff Ashton, Linda are seeking justice for Caylee.
The whole way Bozo the clown's team has conducted itself in court is downright disgusting with the sandbagging, perjury and contradictions of depositions. I don't know if you know Bozo is trying to get Judge Perry removed (2nd judge after he got the first removed).

Jeff Ashton's strength, courage, intelligence and knowledge of subject matter is truly legendary.
To put up with the dirty tricks and sandbagging, incompetence and conniving ways of Bozo's team is truly something of an immense challenge in itself.

So sad. I got goosebumps when he talked about the hawk watching the trial. I kept thinking of how the slogan for finding Caylee was "fly home, baby."
