nowadays its france and japan hittin hard with the dopest productions. dudes like ichiro_, powell, onra, eccy, production is such a massive fucking spectrum now that it is impossible to judge the best [at least for me]. samiyam, knxwledge, ras_g, negrosaki, bluezr, aaron evo, snubluck, there's just thousands of producers to explore. especially on soundcloud (: very nice list here though, definitely the grand pubas of the whole beat revolution!
