I agree, I used neroexpress and it sucked ass especially with the menu settings. This has waaay better menu settings. You can modify the music, the animations and everything. I highly reccomend it.

u can do this manualy but there is no need as it will automatically bring the quality down until it can fit. once u hit burn it should come up askig u if u want it to do that....

the burning dont take long, its the encoding and its not much to do with the software. in order to encode at a fast speed you need to have a really hi spec computer. but with average specs o would say anywhere between 2-5 hours.

u cant write hd format DVD on a stantard DVD. for two reasons. first u need the HD dvd drive or blueray drive and second a HD format DVD wont fit on a standard DVD

I burned HDV to HD DVD on a standard DVD disc but it looks compressed. It worked if you change the setting to HD DVD 15GB. Does it look compressed in a HD DVD burner using a HD DVD disc?
