Thanks for posting this excerpt. I recently got an interest in subverting game mechanics to fit your own intentions. It definitely adds a new creative layer to the whole experience. In this case, it amazes me how much the game itself encourages you to break the law at every step, no matter how harmless you act there's always going to be someone insulting or atacking you. A lot of performance art is hard to understand out of context so I don't blame you for missing the point of the piece. I've noticed that the game gets "frustrated" when I refuse to break laws and speed, etc.. It will put aggressive violent drivers in my path. Once, a guy rear-ended my car, got out and pulled me out of mine. Then he proceeded to beat the crap out of me. All I could do is run away down the street and sneak back to my car when he got bored. The game really doesn't want you to act "nice".
