its sad u search for this songand see bahamen video 14 000 000 views ..... anslem douglas 27 000 views.... no one will ever know this song came from trinidad
Hard to come up with a 1994 version of this song when the song first was composed and originated in 1998...according to Wikipedia..which I have no reason to doubt for this particular subject
you're not Trini are you?..lol!!! This was better than that song...it didn't win Road March that year, but atleast he made that paper with all the royals and won a Grammy for writing the song...makes me think that Soca could go international 4 sure!!!
Yeah it was in the 90s, it was popular but it didn't even win Road March..lol! But atleast he collected all that paper for the rights and won a Grammy for writing it...go Trini
@waltervdbus The opening line of Hassan's Pump up the Party says "who's runnin' this dog-house? who-who,who,who?". This line was sampled repeatedly by Bass Patrol in the song Da Mad Scientist in 1992.
@daCrude Miami Boom Productions presents ''The 2'', recorded in 1992, receiving some airplay in Miami while Anslem lived there. Bass Patrol sampled Hassan, and I misinterpreted the sample (never having heard the Hassan record, until recently). That's how this phrase came to be. I never have been credited nor paid.
its a shame that baha man getting credit 4 this song >:(

1994, that may be so, I'm not really sure about the exact release year or label it was on. Any additional info is always welcome !
