no offence, bt you ramblig on about percentage makes no real sence. ya it might help the individual bt if you think about it. this weeks' increase in subs does not garantee a similar, more or less number of subs. in addition, every youtuber has different amounts of subs. perfect example you brought up yourself: RWJ has just over 300,000 subs while nigahiga has over a 1.5 mill. hence the percentages give no comparison...
