I think it's no longer sold at Gamestop. I think they've discontinued it but they will re-release (probably) as a Gold Edition that comes with the "Red Tide" expansion.

Otherwise, you can ask your parents to order it off of Steam for you. But when you buy a game from Steam, you can't play it unless you're connected to Steam.
