  • This Didnt Even Work..

  • THANKS SO MUCHHH

  • LOL, I retract that prior comment, there was a commercial ad I couldn't find on a window playing music *facepalm*

  • Good tutorial but I found the music a little distracting/hard to hear your voice at times

  • Omg thankk you :D I've just down this to three pictures that i ruin coz of my own yellow teeth D: next to the person im with whos teeth are so white :D lol >.< THANKS :D x

  • @twilightgirl1993 No worries, I'm glad it helped you :)

  • Wanna faster way to do this? Just select the entire mouth area (not skin area) then use hue-saturation - select yellow channel and desaturate the yellow channel... This is much better if you have lots of photo to apply this to

  • Thank you! This really helped :)

  • how bout just brush ur damn teeth

  • how do i make that brush selection thing in photoshop? like the red thing

  • @EbilGrunt360 press Q to activate quick mask mode

  • And now are blue...:)) wtf?

  • @Kristy2010ish thank you :)

  • @Kristy2010ish heh, im australian aswell. haha i didnt know our accent was really different, cause when you watch movies that are american it doesnt sound that different :/

  • @CMmidgets its VERY diffrent xD and i loffff that accent!!

  • What's your accent?

  • @MoustacheMyMoustache Australian :)

  • After you painted the gum line with the layer mask how did it go from that to fully painted? What did you press to fill it in?

  • thank you for the upload I actually knew how to do this but when friend asked me how it was done I searched youtube to send her a link. I thought your tut was great, you explain everything very well and dont rush into things tha might seem obvious for some thus making great tuts for beguinners and that how I started out. thank you and other people such as yourself :))

  • @DaSofaSurfer Thank you very much for that nice comment! :) I'm glad you enjoyed it.

  • lol you use a smaller brush xd brushing teeth on potoshop, what a hobby!^^

  • Yeah but her teeth still look fake

  • Thank you soo much! This video is amazing! It worked! and nothing computer wise ever works for me!

    thanks again =)

  • thanx man for helping me!

  • kids just get the brush tool and make it 30 flow and make teeth white duhhh

  • You really don't have to spend the time making a selection first. Just create your adjust layer, and make your initial adjustment. The whole photo will be adjusted at first. Now make sure your foreground color is white, and background color is black. Then "select all" (selecting the whole canvas), then push "delete". This takes away the effects of the adjustment. Then just paint with the brush where you want the effect. You can now make further adjustments.

  • @photoguy25 true. But whether you spend the time masking before making the adjustment or after really doesn't make a difference.

  • @Ozzurfer Sure it does. My way you can see the effect immediately, plus you don't have the marching ants obstructing the edges. I can do this in about 20 seconds. Paint with a soft brush and you'll find this method is a LOT faster.

  • sorry... that is not a British accent... it is Australian!!

  • Why dont you just brush your teeth instead takes like .. 2 minutes ...?

  • good work buddy

  • haha i know you mwahaha isnt that creepy xD

  • Why is it that ninety nine percent of the people that make photoshop tutorials have a british accent????

  • @irlupe because british people need a lot more retouching...

  • Lmao

    good point

  • @GazzaGusta fucking hell, stop taking the piss,, yeah??? u people think ur better than us,, but ur not.... ,,,

and are you MAD ?!?!? he an AUSTRALLIAN !!!

  • @xxxLUCI3xxx ha ha....sorry...i broke the golden rule of youtube. never use irony in any form on youtube...and what do you mean 'you people' you mean the brits like what i am? and btw if you live in england your whole life then travel a bit...youll see what i mean...not saying they all are, just the average certainly seems higher.

  • thanks alot! the thingy with the yellow is way smart

  • but her teeth are still yellow in real life

  • @JazzyClaud

she doesnt have teeth anymore, they fell off.

  • i found that pic on google images lol

  • That's a niceley made tutorial. Nice voice :)

  • Uhm. Im using Photoshop 7.0 and I don't know how to do the part where you make a selection (the red part). Help please :]

  • I use the quick mask selection tool, try to press Q. If that doesn't work then use another selection tool, such as the pen tool or the lasso tool :)

  • same here i dont even know where the quick mask is.

  • Nice tutorial! Shame ratenings were disabled, you would surely have gotten 5/5. Thanks for sharing! =D

  • Hi

You did not mention that you have a background up already.

  • thats good, but i prefer to just reduce the saturation and then increase the lightness but yeah great tutorial xD

  • crazy how do you do that oh yeah you just showed me

  • great tutorial!

  • nice accent. i can hardly understand you

  • how did u select all the teeth?

  • With the quick mask that we use in the beginning.

  • yeah i know that but like did u like do some short but to select em all at ones like make them red perfectly

  • No I just paint over them like you'd do normally if you had to paint them red :)

  • Any girls wanna see my pics? I have white teeth now!

  • thx and nice accent

  • i love your accent. great tutorial!

  • south african :D

  • Good tutorial;)

  • maybe you should use the paths tool instead of using a 50 dollar tool like quick mask then standard mask.

  • What do you mean? Of course making a path is better due to the fact that you can always edit it or reselect it for further editing. But if you do a descent job with the quick mask then there's no difference, also when you use an adjustment layer you can always edit the layer mask hiding or reavealing more of the effect. The real reason that I chose to use the quik mask is that my tutorials are amed at beginners so that they can get more comfortable with photoshop, then to teach people techniques
