  • What kind of program/methods do you follow , and s/b/d max?

    Strong!

  • You need better shoes! And look at your heels, they come up a little bit. This is not a hate comment, I can barely lift 130 kilos so I am not trying to be a smarty pants.

  • @tutunaru True true, that was pointed out. These shoes are far from optimal but no excuse. If form is perfect, it shouldn't happen anyways. Got to work on it!

  • do you get a lot of people staring at you when you workout at a regular gym? Every regular gym has one guy thats freakishly strong that everyone is scared of.

  • @FrankyTheWop Honestly here most people just use one plate at most (unless they are 25lbs' or less...) so they stare at me no more when I do 250kg than someone who lift 120kg... They just don't see or understand the difference.. haha.

  • you'd probably benefit from a heeled squat shoe since your heels are coming off the ground.

  • @dt76028 very good observation. Well I think it's more a technical mistake than anything. Because I have shoes with heels but I'm very uncomfortable in them. But you're right those shoes are not the one I wear usually. But anyways I need to concentrate on this next time. Thanks for pointing that out.

  • You definitely squat better than Bolé, good job man !

  • Watching your vids for a long time.Great technique, great physique and workout load capacity. You seem to have lift almost everywhere man.You change the places/gyms where you lift very often but you don't seem to ''lose your groove/rythm.'' Awesome level of strength and i like the fact that you're a ''quiet'' lifter..you know..no drama or psyching, haha.Keep it up, you should compete more often.Stay injury free and keep it strong!

  • @freaknick250 thanks bro! I really appreciate a lot what you said. Although I do make progress, I stay "quiet" and cool mostly cause I know that a lot of people are still much much stronger than I am. No excuse. So if one day I deadlift 850, or Squat 770... I might get crazier but until then... I prefer a more down to earth approach! haha

  • @chezkenny haha i see man! The small dog is the one that barks most... Being humble and patient is the way to do it. Keep it strong man :)) Btw where are you from?..I have seen you speak francais/french, somewhere else i have seen you in Italy if i am not wrong..You are actually a resident of the world, haha :) Personally i hate travelling around or doing big changes in my life lol

  • @freaknick250 Haha. Yeah I'm Greek, but I live in Switzerland/France and my girlfriend is from Italy so we were there for vacations. Where are from?

  • @chezkenny Are you kidding me bro!!!?? I am also Greek!! I live in Athens hahaha :)) That's why i have seen you wear Papaloukas basketball jersey or sth like that!! Damn man! I got a big smile on my face. Do you speak also Greek?? Take care bro!

  • @freaknick250 Orea!! Y mitera mou ine elinida, para zen milo poli cala... Actually I hade the jersey custom made, it's number 4 but with name "GALIS" behind!! Nick the Greek is my all-time favorite player you know!!! Peace

  • @chezkenny Haha, i thought it was a recent jersey and as i remember Papaloukas wear #4 when he was playing in the national team lol Galis is the best man. I think Galis and Pyrros Dimas are the two all time greatest athletes in Greece. Your..greeklish (greek in english letters) are great. We used to use this type of writing through internet/online. hehe Btw powerlifting in Greece is in an ancient level right now (as everything lol) but we do our first baby steps..Keep it strong bro!!!!

  • @freaknick250 Thanks bro! You too! Yeah those 2 athletes are my favorites (and not only because they are Greek!!) I didn't know about powerlifting level in Greece. I guess I assumed it was good, since Olympic lifting has always been top level. Good to know. But you're right about the jersey! It's a recent one, from last year. I was in Heraklion and I had it custom made there.

  • @chezkenny Very few people know about powerlifting here.People who are interested in strength tend to weightlifting otherwise they become bodybuilders. We have 2 raw annual events taking place in Thessaloniki and we had our first participation in the recent world championship in Czech Republic (IPF) with 3athletes but mostly for fun not for a good ranking, :-P Also, national competitions are not in a high level. It's mostly for fun, no real prizes etc. Keep it strong,i'm proud of you!

  • Very strong! Keep at it man

  • @iSK8FrEaK7777 Thanks man! Yeah it's the first time I do more than one set at 240kg. And it felt pretty easy. Can't wait to max out, probably in 2 weeks in the Squat cause I have to max the Deadlift first.

  • @chezkenny Going for the 700lbs deadlift?

  • @iSK8FrEaK7777 yeah, it's minimum. I'm not going home until I get at least 705lbs!!
