This album took a while to grow on me... but this song can be used as an anthem of past and present administrations... I was rocking this this past election... and i was playing it in 2004.... and in 2000... so go figure. Wherever you stand, we are not "There" yet, we have so much further to go... We need a new America!!
whoaw that is a big coincidence. I also think TNA is a summer album. I have great memories of me on an island carrying a bike on my back listening to this album. It totally cheered me up when I felt like crap
Yeah I know! But it was locked and I lost the keys in the sand. I had to walk 2 miles, but those were pleasant miles because The New America cheered me up

The Year Bush was elected..perhaps this inspired Graffin? Although his ideals were already concreted in place.

Dude, this album rocks so hard

Yeah, it's one of my favourites.
I don't usually listen to it this time of year though, it's too dark everywhere. It's more of a summer album for me.

That sounds great.
I fucking love riding my bike in early summer evenings, with the CD playing in my ears and the wind blowing my hair.
It's just terrific.
JohnZackarias 2 years ago
Lol shouldn't you have been riding the bike instead?

Haha, I would have been annoyed to have to carry a bike on my back for two miles, but at least you enjoyed yourself.
