  • Yes, and the A1081 between the two is like a road in Montana...

    Also, the main road though Chiswell Green is wearing through to that reddish road surface that (I think) dates back to the 1970's.

    I think the roads have actually got worse over the last year. It is one of the reasons I have a horrid modern(ish) car to do miles that I need to do and a selection of silly cars for fun. If you use an old vehicle all the time it gets shaken to pieces - and speed bumps don't help....
