This main beat is actually just played with one foot. To maintain time you should click in with your left foot over 8 constantly on the hi hats. This will keep your flow in time. And then its a double stroke where it goes duh duh duh dah. thats just double stroke snare.... Its easier to play then it is to explain. Just a trick I thought I'd share. Most of haake's stuff is one foot. It just takes an insane amount of technical ability to perform... then again it is Tomas HAAKE!!!
