man this is cool but very harmful. in my country smoking in high school prohibited. but we smoked in toilets like this quick and hard. i'm a smoker now 2 packs in a day if you doing like this your lungs can't hold on too much.

But you have to do everything else healthy like eat good food, keep away from living in a polluted city or area with bad air or water (including what's in your home), and keep your weight down by exercising or working hard. I will admit only to being now a little short of breath but that's it, after all these years. Enjoy your life some, however you choose.

What you do is, after you inhale into your lungs, exhale it only through your nose while at the same time taking the next inhale into your mouth. I repeat, repeat 'til I'm satisfied. Yeah, this is hardcore smoking because you don't take in any "air", just taken a solid hit of that smoke as long as you want.

@zalen292 Sorry, you are afraid of smoking and consider smoke too dangerous to ingest. I suggest, with your e-cig that you look up propylene glycol and see if you like ingesting that vapor better. I have a high tolerance and need for nicotine, tar. I won't chain cigarettes to get all I need. Why post, that's explained in the channel profile. But, clearly I assess the pleasures of smoking outweigh the dangers, if you do other things right. And I'm nearly three times your age-to prove it .

I was just wondering why you smoke your cigarettes insanely hard, while trailing the hell out of that cherry. No big deal, anyone can, and should do what they want. I was just curious.
@zalen292 OK, that's cool. I see what you're saying. For me, Marlboro Reds are an extremely mild cigarette because I smoked mostly unfiltereds all my first 30 years. By mid-day or mid-afternoon every day, even crushing Marlboro Reds to get all they've got doesn't do it, so I turn to unfiltereds for the increased hit they can give for the rest of the day. My vid's tell that experience and story. So enjoy your life when you get a chance, smoke or don't smoke, and smoke the way you like.

@eskorpio Had to mow the beard, quit driving heavy trucks soon after this, and this look didn't work on the regular street. This much hair, even with the gray coming in, was scarin' people. I was noticing some people giving me a wide berth, too...On the other hand, it could have been because I smelled like tobacco smoke.....lol.
@notscaredorsurprised some people are just lucky to be born with good genes, I love an occasional smoke but I must admit I do worry sometimes of what might come of it
@notscaredorsurprised Wow, I'm impressed. She is living long for a lot of reasons, but one of them is she knows how to enjoy her life some every day. When you wake up each day, it's good to know that at least part of this next day is definitely going to be enjoyable. That's because you know that, at a minimum, you are going to relax and kick back part of the day, and enjoy some smokes.
