there is an oven recipe out there of this and its called carribean honey salmon. this show was alright but the host said something about checking on the food at the end... there was only one piece of salmon soooo what were ya'll checking on??

i just tried the recipe.. delish!!!!

i just changed a couple of things because i didnt have them all in the fridge..

-no ginger

-no butter

-added one fresh garlic clove

-added 2 tbs of fresh tyme

-baked them in tin foil (no grill)

the glaze otherwise was identical - the mustard and soy were a great pair!!!
