Magnificent film, Trick r' Treat. At first, I thought it would be a cheezy horror film like the ones you see on Chiller and SyFy, but this film is a masterpiece! I rated 5 stars on Netflix! Great movie!

Do forgive me. I posted this comment a long time ago, and was unaware of the timeline at the time. (I THINK somebody might have beat you to correcting me, but I'm unsure.)

Because of the quality of the animation, I thought it was made at around 1980-1990, but it was actually made in 1996. TNBC(1993) is probably Tim Burtons signature movie, which resembles this cartoon's style slightly, hence the comment. (Theres also Vincint, but is a Youtube comment worth arguing about?)

So... this was the original vision behind Trick r Treat? I looooooove that film. It simply captures the essence of Halloween. This also fantastic - although, if I may say so, cartoon Sam is so adorable it's insane. Awww, when he holds up his bag, look at 'IS LITTLE FACE! This was a lot of fun, and seriously? Why isn't this a cartoon series? I would seriously watch 'The Spooky Adventures of Sam', haha. Good stuff indeed :D
