I'm looking for the post on the class action lawsuit AGAINST Epson for falsely informing consumers that their cartridges are empty when they are in fact still over half full. Can anyone point me in that direction?

I wish we could start a grass roots effort with millions and millions of people ENRAGED at EPSON for all of the dirty dealing stuff that they do.

We pay huge $.$.$ for ink. A huge percentage collects at the bottom of the printer from head cleaning. Huge percentage left IN the cartridge when the printer says its empty. It's unbelievable how they are raping us and there are not enough INTELLIGENT people willing to band together to STOP IT.

thanks man. good info. ill never buy epson again. i have the 9400aio and it says im out of ink, but its not even empty. also..nothing will work (scanner, fax, etc) until i replace the ink. fkn bs. so i buy some refilled ink, not knowing any of this info, and the printer says its not recognized. what a waste of money. i think ill smash it up, take a dump on it, and send it back to epson.

they say "no ink tank swap" or "no chip change" or "must be OEM" so epson can screw you over!

Interesting summary about the Epson lawsuit. Have an Epson printer and was wondering what was going on with them as far as ink cartridges. Happy that they sell their printers cheaply...hopefully this won't force them to increase their prices. I have been using discounted ink with my Epson and it works great. Just as good as the original so I will continue and keep my fingers crossed that Epson doesn't raise their printer prices!!

Hi Were do you get yo refillable ink Cartridges? I bought 3 Epson printers CX7450/CX4450/ and CX4200 without ink through Craigs list by 3 different persons. I bought 3 sets of T088 Ink from 123inkcartridges.ca for the CX7540 and CX4450 and they don't work. I downloaded the updated drivers after I downloaded the software and it still doesn't work.
