This is a great wooden dummy form. For those complaining about apparent "stiffness," it's only reasonable for this sifu to hold back because you could damage your hands pretty badly by cutting lose on this heavy block of wood. I can't really think of any guys anywhere who could throw full out CLF punches on a wooden dummy as solid as this one.
oh ho ho ho no.... im at too much of a lower level to be going to seminars... im just a lowly learner for now, 15 years old. but ive met him and talked to him at my gwoon before. In Sydney, Australia.
What seminars have you gone to? Maybe we met? I'm from Hawaii and I've been to CLF seminars in Poland, San Diego, and China - Sifu Jose was there at all of those.

In Case you dont know, That man there is Sifu Hozaei, The spanish Grandmaster in charge of the spanish branch of Chan family CLF... I have met him before, and i think he really knows his stuff. and belive me, his ma looks much better in real life.
The guy in the video is really good, this is CLF style. I think the ching jong has springs between the arm and trunk, so that you don't break off the arms. Just think if it was fixed to the trunk, you would have either your arm or the ching jong broken. Anyways
hmmm good jong creation! (by the way u mentioned it). i still think traditional kung fu has flow, repetitive combos. and it looks like his not hitting hard, jus tensing hard..
It's not wushu, you're not supposed to flow in traditional kung fu. In fact, just the opposite, there's a lack of connected force and root in the techniques. I don't mean he needs to be more stiff, he just needs more work on strengthening his ma.
lol YUS YUS YUS!!! hmm YUSSS!!

He should be able to flow just like he does in the forms, we fight the way we train....RIGHT???
