This is a blatant piece of anti-marijuana propaganda. J. Tony Serra is a deservedly famous civil rights lawyer. He was part of a legal team who received the national Trial Lawyer of the Year award from Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He is highly intelligent and extremely articulate. I have watched him in court through four long complete trials, which he won, and he is marvel to behold. The propaganda clip here is deliberately taken out of context and selected to make him look bad.
