That is true, people on their own are alot better. Small groups also ok, but the greater society is filled with people who differ tremendously, to the point where thet can't agree on what our shared values are. But it seems this video is more about social psychology rather than morals. I know it sounds lame, but I think you should do a video on morals on social issues and how they differ between people. Good Video though.

I know it hurts, especially when you really care about them and want more than anything for them to like you. But if you truely care about someone, you'll want them to be happy even if it's painful for you.
