Just an FYI to everyone with the slower version questions: I believe that this was first released by Bailey on his solo album when he left Earth, Wind and Fire. Phil did it on a live album and then a greatest hits CD, not sure on the time line when they decided to do it together? But I think it was before Bailey released it. So the slower versions is one of them. Hope that helps.

I'm a musician, and i can say, without any doubt, Phil Collins has been a major influence for me, as a singer, drummer, and overall musician. I am still young, but i really cannot find more than maybe two people like that. No one can make a hit like this guy during the 80s and the 90s. His Genesis work is amazing. Just have no more words for him, i only have hope that he will one day come back to the business, so that i can see his genius live.
