He speaks the truth, but forgets that white people are so extremely uncomfortable discussing racism that they're not going to hear him unless he presents this in a VERY, VERY gentle and logical manner. Unfortunately, while African-Americans are still dealing with racism, its their job to take white people by the hand and gently lead them to the truth- even if you want to drop kick them in it.
