@DarboukaKid - looks more like a djembe to me . .

@PaulCreedy - I think it's a Dumbek, a Turkish version of the Darbouka. Bigger size and lower sound. But it's clearly not a djembe... Djembe's position is vertical, Darbouka and Doumbek's position is horizontal.
